If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our site, please follow the procedure outlined below to file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice.

How to File a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send us a written communication that includes the following details:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing and a description of where it is located.
4. Your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review the request and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the material in question and provide them with the opportunity to file a counter-notice.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Please include the following information in your counter-notice:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Wonder of Everyday may be found.

Once we receive a counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If we do not receive a request for a court order within 10 business days, we will restore the content.
